Full of brief notes on Japanese history and culture i.e. the abacus is still commonly used today. Includes modern words like Internet.
Layout and typography is open and beautiful. The furigana are a little small, I might get a magnifying bookmark for mine.
Excellent for student of Japanese language.
Price is great too
