I think it's a good foundation for young people to use as a guideline when they begin working so they have an idea where they're headed, as well as giving them saving and budgeting advice.

I would also supplement the book with first-hand knowledge of stocks and bonds, as well as historical information about 401Ks. It's important to have a good sold financial plan, whether you use all the advice in the book or not. At least use this book as a guideline, a reference, and a strategy for future success.

I'd recommend young people read this or parents give it to their grown kids as a gift. It's important enough for every young person to read.
